ORDER:-
The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the report lodged by the petitioner with the police is not registered as a crime and no First Information Report (FIR) was issued on the basis of the said report. Therefore, he sought for declaration that the action of respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Kondapuram Police Station, SPSR Nellore District in not registering the case on the basis of the report lodged by the petitioner as illegal and consequently sought direction to respondent No.3 to register the FIR.

also placed on record the written instructions received by him from respondent No.3 to that effect along with the copy of FIR registered against the unofficial respondent No.5. Therefore, the grievance of the Writ Petitioner adequately stood redressed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
