ORDER:-

The grievance of the Writ Petitioners is that respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Darsi Police Station has been frequently summoning the petitioners to the police station even though bail was granted to them in Crime No.131 of 2022 of Darsi police station and making an attempt to implicate them in false case.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the petitioners are the accused in Crime No.131 of 2022 which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and that investigation in the said case was completed and charge sheet was also filed in the trial Court. He would submit that except registering the said crime and investigating the same, respondent No.3 never summoned the petitioners to the police station after they were enlarged on bail in the said

crime and never threatened them to implicate in false case as alleged in Writ Petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has also placed on record the written instructions received by him from respondent No.3 to that effect along with the copies of Case Diary and the Remand Report.

Therefore, recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home made in the written instructions that respondent No.3 never summoned the petitioners to the Police station after they were enlarged on bail in the above crime and never threatened them to implicate in false case, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
