ORDER:
The petitioner is a resident of Door.No.18-1-56/A, Saradhi Nagar, K T Road, Tirupathi. It is the complaint of the petitioner that the officials of the 2nd respondent-Corporation are interfering with the construction of a compound wall around his house by stopping the further construction of the wall and threatening to demolish the existing semi built wall for the purpose of laying a drainage pipe line through the house plot of the petitioner. It is the contention of the petitioner that such action is arbitrary and violative of the rights of the petitioner.
