The writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 2^nd respondent in disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the orders of the 3rd respondent, as arbitrary and illegal.

The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as fair price shop dealer of fair price shop No.0127110, room No.6, Chinnabazar, Tekkali Village/Mandal, Srikakulam District, in the year 1997. The 3^rd respondent without conducting any enquiry, suspended the authorization of the petitioner as fair price shop dealer on 05.10.2021. Against the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 2^nd respondent on 10.11.2021 in Telugu handwriting. The petitioner again submitted additional application on 22.12.2021. Since the 2^nd respondent is not disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that the respondent authorities will dispose of the said appeal, within a reasonable time. 4. The additional application filed by the petitioner bears the acknowledgment of the office of the Collector.

In the facts and circumstances, the 2^nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 22.12.2021, strictly in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. If no such appeal is available in the office of the 2^nd respondent, the same has to be intimated to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall

stand closed.
