ORDER:
It is brought to the notice of this Court that, the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more. In those circumstances, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner. As per the endorsement made by the Registry, notice sent to the petitioner was served. Inspite of service of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. This matter was posted on 12.07.2022 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Till then, there is no appearance for the petitioners.
Considering all these facts, it appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute this writ petition.
In view of the same, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
