JUDGMENT:-
Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 13.07.2022 to the Registrar Judicial, Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:-
“ My client is the sole petitioner herein in W.P.No.16104
of 2018 is not interested in perusing the matter anymore as
he has intended to apply for voluntary retirement.”
Ms. Priyanvitha Popuri, learned counsel representing Sri
Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
