ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Bathala Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has received the amounts as claimed in the writ petition from the respondents, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
