This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a Writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the 2nd Respondents proceedings No 188/ADMN/MII/2022 dated 20.04.2022 issued by the 3rd Respondent keeping the Petitioner under suspension from the post of Deputy University Engineer in Dr.N.T.R University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh at Vijayawada ‘without furnishing required documents and without extend the time for explanation to the Memo dated 12.04.2022’ by considering Petitioner’s letter dated 19.04.2022 and without conducting preliminary enquiry as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, bias and violative of Principles of Natural Justice, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 311 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the Service Jurisprudence and consequently set-aside the aforesaid suspension order proceedings dated 20.04.2022 and direct the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner as a Deputy University Engineer in Dr.N.T.R University of Health Sciences Andhra Pradesh at Vijayawada and pass…”
