ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess from the agricultural land an extent of Ac.3-00 cents in Sy.No.44, situated at K.E.Chinnayyapalem Village, Kotananduru Mandal, East Godavari District, without issuing any notice and without initiating any proceedings under any law and without recourse to due process of law, as illegal, unjust, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice, Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and to pass such other orders…”
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall
stand closed.
