ORDER:
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Smt. Lakshmi Priyanvitha, representing Smt. A. Padma, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that pending the writ petition, the Tahsildar-4th respondent herein had rejected the claim of the petitioner on the ground that there is a third party claim made against the same property. Challenging which, the petitioner filed W.P. No.1906 of 2021, which is pending for consideration.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
