ORDER :

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“to issue a Writ or Order more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in allowing the 5^th respondent to occupy the land covered by Survey No.574 of Kalthuluru village as illegal and arbitrary and direct the respondents 2 to 4 to keep the entire land covered by Survey No.543, and 574 of Kathuluru village as gutta Poramboke for grazing purpose and remove encroachment of any part of Survey No.543 and 574 of Kathuluru village, Vempalli Mandal, Kadapa District.”

This Court, on 21.04.2015, while issuing notice

before admission, passed the following order:

“….. In the light of the submissions made by the petitioners, without expressing any opinion with regard to allegations of the petitioners, the respondent authorities, particularly respondents No.3 and 4 are directed to take necessary steps to conduct survey and obtain clear demarcation of land in Survey No.574, especially bordering Survey No.666, 667 and 668/1 and protect the same from encroachment from any one, including the 5^th respondent.”

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned

Government Pleader for Revenue stated, on instructions,

that as per the orders dated 21.04.2015, the survey was conducted and demarcated the subject lands and nothing survives further for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
