ORDER:
Sri Venkata Subbaiah learned counsel representing Sri V. Venu Gopal Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the basis of a letter dated 25.06.2022 addressed to Sri Samba Siva Pratap Evana, learned counsel who is also on the Vakalat seek to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
