ORDER:-
On hearing the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge Lr.Rc.No.SED4/APSC/302, dated 11.02.2021 (File No.SOW02-11026-A SECCOSW), of the Director of Social Welfare, Tadepalli, Guntur, which is marked to them.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn
with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above said letter
dated 11.02.2021.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any,
shall stand dismissed.
