ORDER :
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submitted
that this revision petition arose out of allowing a petition to implead the first respondent in final decree proceedings and the final decree proceedings were disposed of Yesterday i.e., on 07-12-2022 and thereby this revision petition has become infructuous.
Thus, both learned counsels requested to close the revision petition by recording the representation of the learned counsel for the first respondent.
Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
