Petition under Section 148 R/w 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the letter addressed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalyandurg, Ananthapuram District, the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted on 06.12.2022 in C.R.P.No.1894 of
2018 for further period of four (4) months time for disposing of in E.A. No. 13 of 2017 in EP.No.32 of 2013 in O.S. No.248 of 2005 on the file of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalyandurg, Ananthapuram District.
This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Letter filed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalyandurg, Ananthapuram District in C.R.P.No.1894 of 2018 and the order of the High Court dated 06.12.2022 in C.R.P.No.1894 of 2018.
The Court made the following; ORDER
This application is filed to extend the time granted by this Court on 06.12.2022 in C.R.P.No.1894 of 2018 for further period of four (4) months time for disposing of E.A.No.13 of 2017 in E.P.No.32 of 2013 in O.S.No.248 of 2005 on the file of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalyandurg. For the reasons stated by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalyandurg in the accompanying letter dated 17.01.2025, the application is allowed.
Further period of four (04) months time is granted from today for disposing of E.A.No.13 of 2017 in E.P.No.32 of 2013 in O.S.No.248 of 2005.
