ORDER :-
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that he filed a Memo dated 19-02-2022 into Registry stating that the first petitionerMourya Hotel is not in existence and its proprietor, who is the second petitioner, also passed away. Therefore, he requested this court to dismiss the Criminal Revision Case as abated.
Accordingly, recording the above said submission, the
Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed
in consequence.
