JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner-complainant submits that respondent No. 1-accused paid the cheque amount covered by the present revision case i.e. Rs.18,000/- by way of demand draft bearing No. 642704 of Canara Bank, Gorantla Branch, and that therefore the revision petitioner-complainant has no further grievance against respondent No. 1-accused.
