The present petition is filed against the order dated 30.9.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.393 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikalahasti, in Cr.No.1 of 2020 of Thottabedu Police Station, whereby petition filed seeking to release Registered Sale Deed bearing Document No. 5173 of 2018 dated 14.12.2018 of the J SRO, Jaggampeta, East Godavari District relating to a house site which is in the name of the petitioner herein for interim custody, was dismissed.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent/State. Perused the record.

Learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikalahasti dismissed Crl.M.P.No.393 of 2021 on 30.9.2021 on the ground that the accused/petitioner being quality control in-charge defacto complainant cornpany, ***** approved the inferior quality resin by receiving amounts illegally from the supplying companies by cash as well through bank transactions of his and his relatives bank accounts totaling to Rs.29,00,000/- illegally and with the said amount, he purchased Verna Car bearing No.AP 39 K0006 in the name of his wife and also purchased

one house site in an extent of 211.11 Sq.Yards situated in Jaggampeta Village and Grama Panchayat, East Godavari District vide Sale Deed . bearing Doc.No.5173 of 2018 dated 14.12.2018. The police recorded the confessional statement in which the petitioner categorically stated that he purchased the house with the amounts that are paid to him by the other companies. Investigation is pending in the subject crime which was registered for the offence punishable under Section 408 IPC . In view of the above circumstances, the learned Magistrate has rightly dismissed the petition declining to grant order in favour of the petitioner herein 4? After perusing the record, this court is also of the same opinion and is not inclined to grant any relief in favour of the petitioner herein.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
