ORDER:
The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 6 in Crime
No.592 of 2022 on the file of Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur District for the offences under Sections 506, 509 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.
quash the said petition on the ground that the said complaint is a false complaint filed to counter the earlier complaint filed by the 5th petitioner under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code against the de facto- complainant and her family members.

whether the said allegations are true or not. It would not be appropriate to stop the investigation at this stage.
However, the petitioners shall be given a benefit of notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. before any steps are taken against them.
