ORDER:-
This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short “CrPC”), is filed seeking to release the petitioner/accused on bail in crime No.170 of 2022 of Sambepalli police station.
When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition, with a liberty to renew the request. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn..
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall stand closed.
