ORDER:
Sri M. Goutham, learned counsel appearing on
behalf of Sri D. Narendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty for filing more comprehensive petition.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if
any, shall stand closed.
