ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
matter has been compromised and as such the present petition need not be pressed. However, he seeks liberty to approach this Court in the event of the said compromise failing.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this
Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
