ORDER:-
This petition is filed under Section 438 of Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short „Cr.P.C.‟) seeking pre arrest bail to the petitioner/A1 in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.139/2021 of Chennekothapalli Mandal Police Station, Anantapuramu District, for the offences punishable under Section 143, 147, 324 r/w 149 of the Indian Penal Code (for short “IPC”).

suffering with age old ailments and the 1st petitioner moved bail application vide Crl.M.P.No.1257 of 2021 before the I Additional Sessions Judge, Anantapuram and the same was dismissed on 22.9.2021. Hence, petitioners‟ case may be considered for grant of prearrest bail.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
