ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.482 Cr.P.C., by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.28 of 2014 of P.S.Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur Urban registered for the offence under Section 498 & 506 IPC.
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that Cr.No.28 of 2014 of P.S.Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur Urban was referred as ‘false’ on 22.05.2015 and filed a memo submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur District, to that effect.
In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
