ORDER:-
This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was already arrested and as such this petition became infructuous.
Therefore, recording the same, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
