ORDER:
The petitioners are accused in Crime No.72 of 2022 on the file of the Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur District for the offences under Sections 341, 353, 509 and 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

unattached and when the petitioners sought to execute and register the documents in relation to such unattached properties, the said documents were not being taken up for registration. Aggrieved by this, the petitioners have approached this Court by way of W.P.No.15231 of 2021 wherein certain directions were given by this Court. Subsequently, a Contempt Case also appears to have been filed bearing C.C.No.1957 of 2021 complaining of noncompliance of the directions of this Court. The said Contempt Case was also closed on the ground that the orders of the Court had been complied with.

against the defacto-complainant and some police officials contend that the defacto-complainant having come to know of the fact that the petitioners were approaching the police authorities, had filed the present false complaint.
