ORDER:
Sri P. Veera Reddy, Senior counsel appearing for Sri Shaik Karimullah appearing for the Sole Respondent filed reply affidavit stating that as directed by this Court the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected twice i.e., on 09.03.2021 and also by way of Board Resolution dated 22.03.2022 and the same were communicated to the petitioner.
This Court found that the respondents have not violated the orders of this Court, much less, willfully or deliberately. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
