ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
When the matter is taken up, Smt S.Siva Kumari, learned counsel submitted that she has filed vakalath on behalf of respondent No.4 on 13.06.2022 itself, after receiving the notice from the Court. But inadvertently, Smt.K.Rajya Lakshmi, learned counsel who represented on my behalf not properly represented in respect of respondent No.4, even though vakalth filed by her on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 4, 5 and 6. Therefore, this Court, vide order dated 16.06.2022, issued Form-I notice to respondent Nos. 4 and 7, who were not represented on 16.06.2022.
Today, when the matter is called, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 seeks to dispense with the presence of respondent No.4 on whose behalf the valakath has already been filed and Sri V.Ashok Ram pleads to dispense with the presence of the 7th respondent, who was also issued form-I notice, was present before this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents by paying the total due amount as claimed.
Accordingly, the personal appearance of the respondent Nos. 4 and 7 is hereby dispensed with.
Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation submitted that the order of this Hon’ble Court has been complied with.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
