ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, representing the respondents. 2. The present Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience of the Order dated 13.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.l9977 of 2021. A learned Judge of this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition, passed the following Order:-

"In view of the concession given by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Revnue, respondents are directed to receive and process the document submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. In case the instrument presented cannot be registered, the Registrar shall pass reasoned order as mandated under Section 71 of the Registration Act, as it is appealable under Section 72 of the Registration Act."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the 5 Sub-Registrar is required to pass a reasoned order, in terms of the above referred order, the same has not been implemented and therefore the present Contempt Case is filed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on the other hand, while drawing the attention of this Court to the Counter Affidavit as also the Communication dated 30.11.2021 submits that in fact, a reasoned order was passed, which was communicated to the petitioner and aggrieved by the said order, an Appeal No.50 of 2021 was also preferred. He submits that since the order has been complied with, the Contempt Case may be closed. 5. Considered the submissions made and perused the material on record, which goes to show that a detailed order has been passed assigning the reasons for refusal, by the 3"* respondent. Therefore, this Court finds that no case is made out for punishing the respondents under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act. Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
