ORDER:-
Sri L.Koushik, learned counsel appearing for Dr.K.Manmadha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that final order has been passed in this matter by the authorities and seeks to withdraw this writ petition with leave to avail of his remedies against the final order.
Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave to the petitioner as prayed for.
