ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:-
“...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondent No.4 in considering the petitioner’s application Dt:10-02-2021 and representations dated 01-11-2019 & 19-03-2020 for mutation of the petitioner’s name in revenue records, issue pattadar pass books and title deed duly updating in the online in respect of the land in Sy.No. 186-3 to an extent of Ac.0-41½ cents situated at Kammapalli Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Chittoor District as arbitrary illegal and in violation of Article-14, 21 and 300-A of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to delete the names of the father of unofficial respondents No.5 & Respondent No.6 in the revenue records by mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, issue pattadar pass books and title deed in favour of the petitioner duly updating in the online in respect of the above land and pass such other order or orders.…”
Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.8412 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021.
In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.8412 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.8412 of 2021, dated 15.06.2021 to this order.
