The petitioner seeks writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 4^th respondent in appointing a special officer by suspending the management of the Sri Krishna Chaitanya College of Pharmacy, College of Physiotherapy, College of Nursing and School of Nursing established by the petitioner society in spite of the notice of malfunctioning of the college due to legal disputes between members and ex-members of the society and despite receipt of representation dated 21.12.2020 from the petitioner as bad, illegal and against the provisions of A.P. Education Act, 1982 and A.P. Unaided Private B.Pharmacy Colleges (Establishment, Management and Admission) Rules, 1922 and for a consequential direction.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri D.Vijaya Chandra Reddy and learned Government Pleader for Education representing on behalf of the respondents.

As the prayer is only to consider the representation said to be submitted by the petitioner and for passing an appropriate order, in the considered view of this Court, without going into the merits of the representation, a direction can be issued to the 4^th respondent to consider the representation keeping in view of the future of students in various colleges being run by the petitioner’s establishment. Learned Government Pleader graciously admitted that he has no objection for

giving direction to 4^th respondent. He however, would submit that the petitioners constitute only one section of the management, and hence, while giving direction to the 4^th respondent, he may be instructed to hear all concerned and pass an appropriate order.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4^th respondent to consider the representation dated 21.12.2020 said to be submitted by the petitioner and after affording a personal hearing to the petitioner and all other concerned, pass an appropriate order in accordance with the governing law and rules expeditiously but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
