ORDER :
When the matter was listed on 20.07.2021, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ on 23.07.2021.
Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that, the petitioner have no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.
