This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“……to issue a Writ/Order/Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing to receive and process the document of the petitioner in respect of land situated in Sy.No.303/1 & 3P2 of Thiruchanuru Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violation of Art.14 & 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein to receive and process the document in respect of land situated in Sy.No.303/ 1 & 3P2 of Thiruchanuru Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District on its presentation and to pass ……”
