ORDER:
The present writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by the seizure of vehicles bearing Nos.AP 30 V 3345 and AP 30 W 5852, belonging to the petitioner by the Station House Officer, Palakonda Police Station.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the investigation has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed in the case and that the vehicles have already been produced before the learned Magistrate.
In these circumstances, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned jurisdictional Magistrate for release of the vehicles. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
