ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already handed over the licenced premises to the respondent-temple and hence nothing survives in the writ petition and the same has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
