ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ Mandamus declaring the letter of the suspension issued by the 3rd respondent dated 23.06.2017 without conducting any enquiry or charge sheet being issued pursuant to the same within 3 months as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and in violation of Articles 14,15 and 309 of the Constitution of India and the provisions of A.P. Education Act, 1982 and the rules made thereunder and the Principles of Natural Justice and consequently set aside the same and reinstate the petitioner as the Head Master of A.B.M Upper Primary School, Udayagiri, Udayagiri Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and pass such other order.”
The petitioner challenged the suspension order during pendency of enquiry of various grounds. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the suspension order impugned this Writ Petition is revoked by the respondents and no other adjudication either on fact or law is required.
In view of the representation made by respondents writ petition is closed as no cause survives for further adjudication. No costs.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
