ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 29.10.2020 passed by the 2nd respondent, now Mr.B.Gangadhar Rao is appointed as Executive Officer and therefore no cause survives for adjudication and the writ petition has become
infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
