ORDER :-
The prayer in this writ petition is for Certiorari declaring the action of the respondents in seizing the lorry bearing No.TN.28/L.4446 along with Charcoal and to set aside the impugned orders dated 23-12-2008 of the 1st respondent in R.C.No.8345/2008/M1 along with the orders dated 28-112008 in Rc.No.76/2008-09(Y) of the 2nd respondent.
Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that having regard to the nature of the prayer the cause no more survives and the writ petition may be closed.
Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
