ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in preventing the unofficial respondent Nos.6 and 7 from carrying on aqua culture activities in their lands situated in survey Nos.184 and 214/1 of Annareddypalem Village, Sangam Mandal, SPSR Nellore district pursuant to the representations made by the petitioners.

1. Today when the matter came up for further hearing, Sri Gangi Rama Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the unofficial respondent Nos.6 and 7 submits that they were not carrying on any aqua culture activities in the subject land. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

1. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is closed, accordingly. However, it is made clear that if the respondent Nos.6 and 7 are carrying on unauthorized aqua culture activities in the subject land, it is open to the petitioners to bring the same to the notice of the competent authority for taking necessary action. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
