ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has been filed questioning the action of the respondents in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop and that thereafter the petitioner came to know of the suspension order suspending the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization and challenging the said order, another writ petition has been filed. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed.
