ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition as and when fresh cause of action arises.
Permission for withdrawal is accorded.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
