ORDER
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed
seeking the following relief/s:
“…to issue a Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.2 and 3 in considering the orders and communication sent by the Land Reforms Tribunal-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Narasaraopet, dated 10.08.2018 in CC/2311/VKD/75 (Rc.No.1859/2017-G) and subsequent representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2018 is contrary to law particularly contrary to A.P Registration Rule 118 and objects of Registration Act read with Section 19 of A.P Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holding) Act, 1973, is illegal, violative of Article 300 A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to cancel the document 1499/75 dated 16.07.1975 as per 118 of A.P Registration Rules in accordance with the direction/communication sent by the Land Reforms Tribunal and Revenue Divisional Officer, Narasaraopet and pass such order or orders..”
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, having reiterated the averments in the writ affidavit, submits that the petitioner gave a representation dated 13.12.2018 to the respondents 2 & 3 informing them and reminding them the correspondence of the Land Reforms Tribunal & Revenue Divisional Officer, Narasaraopet, vide proceedings dated 10.08.2018 and to act upon the Supreme Court Judgment in C.A.No.5817 of 2012 dated 13.04.2017 whereby the sale deed bearing No.1499/75 dated 16.07.1975 was declared as null and void. Though two years elapsed from the date of representation, the respondents failed to initiate any action.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed, if a reasonable time is given.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and on perusal of the material on record, this Court felt it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders, as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
