WRIT PETITION NO.23969 OF 2021
ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents particularly the 2 Respondent in under taking enquiry in his R.C E1/859/2021 Date 21.09.2021 purportedly under B.S.O 15 para 18 alleging that Petitioners are not eligible for grant of assignment under F.Dis.No.20/1406 dated 05.05.1997 and F.Dis.No.102/1407/98 dated 26.06.1998 in respect of Acs.3-53 cents in Sy.No.117-1-1, Acs.1-30 cents in Sy.No-117-2 of the 1st Petitioner Acs.2-49 cents in Sy.No.115, Acs.2-50 cents in Sy.No.515 of the 2nd Petitioner in Yerukollu Village Duttalur Mandal S.P.S.R Nellore District respectively without even specifying any particular reason and after roughly 24 years as illegal unjust arbitrary high handed mala fide dilatory and without jurisdiction and against Art 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the Enquiry under taken by the 2nd Respondent in his R.C E1/859/2021 Date 21.09.2021”
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.8277 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021.
Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order in W.P.No.8277 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021. No costs.
The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order in W.P.No.8277 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021 to this order.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
