The petitioner claims ownership of 973.76 sq.yards in Sy.No.303/3A & 3B of Korukonda Village. This property is said to have been purchased under an auction carried out by the Court in L.P.No.226 of 1976 in O.S.No.9 of 1974 and a hospital was constructed on the said land. The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 3^rd respondent in issuing proceedings in R.C.No.12/9572/2016, dated 14.01.2017 declaring that this property is belongs to the 4^th respondent temple and placing it in the Section 22-A Register under the Registration Act, 1908.

Sri K.Madhava Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments submits that this issue is covered by the Judgment of the Full Bench of the erstwhile High Court for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary and others vs

Sri B.Venkataratnam, learned counsel for the petitioner, after verifying the said submission, has now submitted that the petitioner would be approaching the 3^rd

respondent with a representation setting out the facts and would seek deletion of the property being claimed by the petitioner from the 22-A Register.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the 3^rd respondent with appropriate representation in this regard. Upon such application being made, the 3^rd respondent, after giving adequate opportunity to the petitioner, shall dispose of the said application within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of said application. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
