ORDER:
This application is filed by the petitioner in the writ petition seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition.
Sri G.V.Shivaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conferencing stated that the
petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ Petition.
Permission as sought for is accorded.
Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
