ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner died on 4.12.2018. Thereafter, the authority appointed the son of the petitioner as fair price shop dealer on compassionate grounds as per proceedings in Rc.Dr.No.49 of 2020 and authorization was also issued in his favor vide Lr.No.25 of 2021 dated: 01-06-2021
and since then he is continuing as fair price shop dealer.
Recording the said submissions, writ petition is dismissed as abated.
Pending Miscellaneous petitions, shall stand closed.
