ORDER:-
This writ petition has been filed seeking declaration that the action of the 3rd respondent-Inspector of Police, I Town Police Station, Hindupur, in summoning the petitioner to the police station and insisting him to vacate his business premises bearing Door No.24-3-84 of Parigi Road, Hindupur by threatening him to implicate in a false case at the instance of the 4th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently sought direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of his business premises.
