ORDER:
The petitioner had filed O.A.No.117 of 2011 before the Andhra Pradesh Endowments Tribunal, Amaravati, under Section 87 (1) (h) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, for a declaration that he is a member of the Founder family of respondents 3 & 4 Institutions. It is his case that his father had earlier been recognized as a member of the Founder family under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1966 and as such he would be entitled to be recognized as a member of the Founder family of Respondent Nos.3 & 4 Institutions.
