It is further contended that the petitioner made an application to the District Collector, respondent No.3 on 07.09.2018 for deletion of his patta land from the prohibitory list notified under Section 22A (1) (a) of the Registration Act, 1908. The Tahsildar, Edlapadu, respondent No.5 sent a report vide Rc.No.205/2018-B, dated 11.09.2018, requesting the District Collector, respondent No.3 for deletion of the land of the petitioner from the prohibitory properties list notified under Section 22A of the Registration Act, on the ground that the land of the petitioner was included by mistake in the prohibitory property list, notified under Section 22A (1) (a) of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Tahsildar, Edlapadu, respondent No.5 sent further report along with Errata with Check List, vide Rc.No.205/2018-B, dated 23.11.2019 to respondent No.4. recommending petitioner's case for deletion of his patta land from the prohibitory list prepared under Section 22A(1)(a) of the Registration Act, 1908 and the same was forwarded to the District Collector, respondent No.3 by respondent No.4 and the same is pending before the District Collector, respondent No.3 for consideration. Therefore, inclusion of the land of the petitioner in the prohibitory properties list notified under Section 22-A of the Registration Act is illegal and arbitrary, requested to grant the relief as claimed in the petition.
